Dans les cours hebdomadaires et les stages, les <strong>Asanas<\/strong> (techniques posturales) sont propos\u00e9s en alternance avec le <strong>Pranayama<\/strong> (techniques de respiration yoguique), dans des s\u00e9ries \u00e9volutives qui permettent \u00e0 chacun d&rsquo;adapter la pratique en fonction de ses capacit\u00e9s et de ses envies.<\/p>\n<p>Chacun trouvera dans la pratique du Yoga un \u00ab\u00a0mieux \u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb qui sera dans un premier temps physique (\u00ab\u00a0je n&rsquo;ai plus mal\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0je me sens mieux\u00a0\u00bb), mais \u00e9galement un apaisement du mental qui vous aidera \u00e0 cheminer, quelque soit votre d\u00e9marche, spirituelle ou simplement personnelle.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;aime pratiquer dans la joie et le partage; les cours sont une parenth\u00e8se dans notre quotidien pour vivre mieux, se connecter \u00e0 soi et \u00e0 l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent, se d\u00e9passer parfois et partager cette immense discipline qu&rsquo;est la tradition du yoga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>No\u00eblle<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>L&rsquo;enseignement traditionnel de <a href=\"http:\/\/kailashyoga.fr\/swami\/\">Sri Sri Sri Saccidananda Yogi<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il est parfois appel\u00e9 le yogi silencieux de Madras. L&rsquo;enseignement de Swamiji nous emm\u00e8ne dans un univers ou le yoga est plus qu&rsquo;une discipline: c&rsquo;est tout un monde d&rsquo;un autre temps qui s&rsquo;ouvrait \u00e0 nous, sa pr\u00e9sence seule vous transportait et ses pratiques intemporelles vous transformaient, corps et \u00e2me.
