On y pratique, on y dort, on y mange v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien et on surtout y passe du bon temps! (repas et h\u00e9bergement simple sur place : chambres individuelles ou partag\u00e9es, sanitaires communs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Centre d&rsquo;Etude et de Formation en Yoga Traditionnel de l&rsquo;Ouest &#8211; CEFYTO &#8211; a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement baptis\u00e9 Sri Kailasha Ashraman par <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"https:\/\/kailashyoga.fr\/index.php\/swami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #cc1677;\">Swami Saccidananda<\/span><\/a><\/span> lorsqu&rsquo;il y s\u00e9journait l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, il y a une trentaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es. Ce lieu a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 et construit par Martine et Rodolphe Milliat, il n&rsquo;a cess\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper ses enseignements, stages et h\u00e9berge la formation d&rsquo;enseignants du Cefyto.
